Generate a campaign set
Turn one approved brief into matching blog, newsletter, and LinkedIn drafts, review them together, and publish only the channels you choose.
A campaign set is one brief turned into coordinated content: a blog post, a newsletter, and optionally a LinkedIn post that all say the same thing in the right shape for each channel. You review them as a set, approve the exact version you read, and then decide which channels to publish. Nothing publishes on its own.
Campaign sets are still rolling out
This feature is switched on workspace by workspace, so it may not have reached you yet. If the Generate set button is greyed out and the panel says coordinated campaign generation is not enabled for this workspace yet, that is why. Nothing is wrong with your account.
Where to find it
Open Pages, Funnels, open a funnel, and scroll to Coordinated content.
Before you start
The funnel needs at least one module. If it is empty, Generate drafts is refused with a note asking you to add a campaign module first.
Generate the set
- Click Generate set.
- Fill in the brief: your Objective, the Audience, the Offer, the Destination URL and Call to action, and any Prohibited phrases you never want to see.
- Add your Approved facts or claims, one per line, and tick the box confirming they are accurate and approved for marketing use. Drafts are grounded in these, so the more specific they are, the less you will edit.
- Write your Newsletter permission reminder in the box, then tick the consent statement below it. You are confirming you will only send the newsletter to contacts who have given the required consent and can unsubscribe.
- Choose whether to Include a LinkedIn draft, then click Generate drafts.
It usually takes less than two minutes, and you can leave the page while it runs.
Review the drafts
When it is ready you will see each channel side by side: the blog post with its title and meta description, the newsletter with its subject line and preheader, and the LinkedIn post if you asked for one. Use Copy on any draft to take it elsewhere, or Export at the top of the panel to download the whole set.
Click Revise to edit a draft, then Save new version. Every edit creates a new version of the set, and any approval given to the earlier version does not carry over. That is deliberate: what gets approved is always exactly what was read.
Approve
Only a workspace owner or admin can approve and publish. They see a Review this exact campaign set card and click Approve set, or Request changes. Only the latest version can be approved, so if someone edits after the review, it goes back for another look.
Publish the channels you choose
Once approved, a Deliver selected channels card appears. Tick the channels you want, then click Publish selected:
- WordPress blog, published to your WordPress site. This works only with a WordPress site connected through the Noli plugin under Settings, Publishing. Ghost, Webflow and custom connections cannot receive a campaign set, so copy or export the blog draft instead. Move blog to Trash undoes it.
- Newsletter through your email, sent to your subscribers who have given marketing consent, from your own email: the Gmail or Outlook you connected in Noli, or your own sending domain (Settings, API Keys, Email sending). It needs at least one consented subscriber, and your business mailing address under Settings, Brand, because every marketing email carries it in the footer. From a connected mailbox it goes out gradually under the mailbox's daily limit, and a mailbox does not report delivery. Check newsletter delivery shows you what happened, and Cancel unsent newsletter stops one that has not gone out yet.
- LinkedIn through Zernio, queued to the LinkedIn account you connected in social accounts. Cancel LinkedIn queue stops a queued post.
Medium is copy and export only; Noli does not post there for you. A channel that is not ready says what it is missing and stays off until you fix it, and nothing is ever published or sent from a set that has not been approved.
