Set how often everything gets made

One panel that sets the rhythm for blog articles, social posts, email sequences, videos, lead magnets and ad creatives.

Every kind of marketing your system produces has its own scheduler. Cadence is the one panel that sets all six at once, so you can answer "how often do I want this?" in a minute rather than visiting six wizards.

Open Settings and choose the Cadence tab.

The six dials

  • Blog articles, full articles researched, drafted and quality-checked
  • Social posts, posts repurposed from your articles for your connected platforms
  • Email sequences, nurture sequences drafted for your list
  • Videos, talking-head videos scripted from your latest articles
  • Lead magnets, downloadable resources with landing pages
  • Ad creatives, fresh ad copy and creative variations

Videos need one video made by hand before the recurring task can take over.

Set the rhythm

For each row:

  1. Pick a frequency: Off, Daily, Weekly, Every 2 weeks, Monthly or Quarterly.
  2. Pick how many per run, from 1 to 5. This is greyed out while the row is Off.
  3. Click Save cadence.

A change takes effect on the next run. If you speed something up, for example from Monthly to Daily, the next run is rescheduled immediately rather than waiting out the old interval, so you see the change straight away. New recurring work is first scheduled for 9am tomorrow.

Setting a row to Off pauses that recurring task. It does not delete anything you have already made, and switching it back on resumes from the same task.

Everything still comes to you first

Cadence sets the rhythm, not the authority. Work produced on a schedule lands in your review queue unless that particular task has been set to run fully automatically in its own scheduler. See Set your automation level and preferences.

If a row says several scheduled tasks exist for that type, this dial controls the main one. The others keep their own settings in their own schedulers.

Only the workspace owner or an admin can save changes here.

Why it matters

Consistency beats intensity in marketing, and consistency is a scheduling problem, not a motivation problem. Setting six dials once buys you a year of output you do not have to remember to ask for.
