Capture meeting notes

Record live, paste a transcript, or upload a recording, and let AI extract decisions and action items for you.

Turn any conversation into clean, searchable notes.

Turn Meeting Notes on first

Meeting Notes is one of eight pages hidden from the sidebar on a new account. If you can't find it under Capture, scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and click Show all features, or open Settings and use the Navigation section. Then open Meeting Notes from the Capture section to get started.

Three ways to capture

  • Record Meeting, start a recording right in your knowledge base and let it capture the conversation as it happens.
  • Paste Transcript, already have a transcript from another tool? Paste it in directly.
  • Upload Recording, drop in an existing audio or video file and it gets transcribed for you.

Let AI do the work

Once your recording is transcribed (or your transcript is in), your knowledge base pulls out the important parts automatically under five headings:

  • Summary, what the meeting was about in a few lines
  • Key Topics, the threads that took up the most time
  • Decisions Made, what was actually settled
  • Action Items, who owes what
  • Unresolved Questions, what was raised and left open

You can also refine the notes afterward to tighten the summary or adjust what was pulled out.

Keep it searchable

Saved meeting notes live in your knowledge base alongside everything else, so you can ask about them later in chat (for example, "What did we decide about the launch date?") and turn action items into follow-ups.
