Build courses and learn from your knowledge

Turn your knowledge into AI-generated lessons, spaced-repetition flashcards, and practice scenarios.

Capturing knowledge is one thing, actually retaining it is another. Learn turns your knowledge base into a study tool. Open Learn from the sidebar.

Create a course

Starting a course is a short interview, six steps:

  1. What you want to learn, in your own words.
  2. What to learn from. Pick tags, specific documents, or a folder, leave it empty to use your whole knowledge base, or choose the Noli AI library.
  3. Why you want to learn it.
  4. Your experience level with the subject.
  5. How deep to go.
  6. How you want to be taught: conversational, formal, Socratic, example-heavy, analogy-heavy, or your own description.

Your answers shape the lessons, so a beginner and an expert asking for the same topic get genuinely different courses.

Work through a lesson

Every lesson has four modes along the top:

  • Read, study the lesson material.
  • Q & A, ask anything about the lesson and get answered from the course material.
  • Recall, test yourself with flashcards.
  • Apply, work through a practical scenario built on what you just read.

Reinforce with flashcards

Recall uses spaced repetition. Your knowledge base schedules reviews so cards you find hard come back more often and ones you know well show up less. Reviewing a little each day moves what you've learned into long-term memory.

Make it a habit

  • Come back for short, regular review sessions rather than long cramming.
  • Build a course whenever you want to truly internalize something you've saved.
  • Add more to your knowledge base, then generate fresh lessons to go deeper.
