Collect more reviews with Reputation
Set your review link once, then request reviews in two clicks or put the asking on autopilot after every payment.
Reviews are the highest-leverage marketing most small businesses never get around to. Happy customers would leave one, but nobody asks. The Reputation page in your CRM makes asking systematic: set your review link once, and every review-request email, manual or automated, uses it.
Set your review link
Open Reputation and fill in the Review link card:
- Pick your platform: Google, Facebook, Yelp, or Other.
- Paste your public review link. For Google, use your Business Profile review link.
- Click Save.
One safeguard worth knowing: review-request automations stay paused until a link is saved, so a customer can never receive an email with a missing link.
Request a review right now
Just finished a job for a happy customer? In the Request a review now card, search for them by name or email and click Send request. They get the review-request email immediately, with your saved link inside.
Put it on autopilot
The best moment to ask is right after money changes hands. In Automations, install one of the ready-made templates:
- Payment Thank You + Review Request asks right after a payment.
- Review Request (2 Weeks After Payment) waits two weeks, useful when your customers need time to see results first.
Once installed, every qualifying customer gets asked without you thinking about it.
Keep score
The top of the page shows how the habit is going: requests sent in the last 30 days, the last 90 days, and whether your review link is set. The Recent review requests list shows every send, who it went to, when, and whether it came from an automation or was sent manually, so you always know who has already been asked.
Why it matters
A steady stream of review requests compounds. More reviews mean better local search visibility, and better visibility means customers who arrive already trusting you. The whole system runs on one saved link and one installed automation.
