Hand your team the right tools

Noli is your team: a Chief of Staff and specialists that already work across your CRM, marketing, projects, knowledge base, and the GTM Engineer. But like a human team, they can only use the tools you give them. Each optional key below unlocks a real ability, and each takes about two minutes to add. The web, data and voice keys live on the Integrations tab of your Chief of Staff, under Setup (on a phone, tap Menu, then Setup, then Integrations). The messaging bot tokens live on the Channels tab, in the same group.

To add a key on the Integrations tab, paste it into its box and click Save. Click What this does & how to get the key under any key for step-by-step instructions. Your Chief of Staff restarts for a few seconds to pick up a new key, and a saved key shows Configured. Keys are never shown back to you, so to change one, paste the new key over it.

None of these are required. Your team works well out of the box. These make it stronger.

Web research: Firecrawl and Brave Search

• Firecrawl lets your Chief of Staff search the live web and read full pages reliably, useful for competitor research and pulling facts from a website. Get a key at firecrawl.dev.
• Brave Search is a solid free alternative or backup with a generous free tier (about 2,000 searches a month). Get a key at brave.com/search/api.

You do not need either one for your own website: Noli reads your site's pages itself and keeps the list up to date.

With either one connected, "research the three newest listings near Maple Heights and summarize what they did well" becomes a task it can actually run.

Data and scraping: Apify

Apify gives your Chief of Staff a library of ready-made scrapers, so it can pull structured data from the web on demand: Google Maps lead lists, public social profiles, marketplaces, and directories. Get a token at apify.com. Best for anyone who wants lead lists or recurring research built for them.

A voice: ElevenLabs

Add an ElevenLabs key to give your Chief of Staff a natural, premium voice when it turns text into speech, for example reading your morning message aloud. Get a key at elevenlabs.io. You do not need it for the Read replies aloud button in chat, which uses your browser's built-in voice.

Reaching you where you live: channels

These are covered in their own guides, but they belong on the tool bench:

• Telegram, Slack, or Discord bot tokens let you chat with your Chief of Staff in the apps you already check. Telegram and Discord can also receive your morning message once you add a chat or channel ID and turn it on in Settings. Slack is for chatting only. These go on the Channels tab. • iMessage via Photon lets you text your Chief of Staff like a person. It has its own card on the Channels tab. It needs two values, a Photon project ID and a project secret, both from the same free Photon project, and it is early access: neither value can be verified from here, so send yourself a test message. WhatsApp is not supported yet. See Connect iMessage.

Your own AI keys

If your team ever uses up its included AI tokens for the month, keys your workspace owner adds under Settings, then AI provider keys, keep everything running without a pause, billed to your own accounts. OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google keys also flow to every teammate's Chief of Staff automatically. See Add your AI keys.

A rule of thumb

If you would hire an assistant and hand them a phone, a search engine, and a login on day one, hand your AI team the same things. Every key you add turns a "sorry, I can't do that yet" into an "already handled it".
