Run a mission with your Chief of Staff

Guided initiatives like launching a lead magnet or an offer, worked step by step, where your team does the heavy lifting and walks you through the rest.

Some outcomes are too big for a single request but too common to plan from scratch every time. Missions are guided initiatives your Chief of Staff runs with you, step by step. Some steps it executes with its own hands, and the steps that need you come with an exact walkthrough.

You will find them in the Missions tab of your Chief of Staff dashboard, under Setup in the More menu.

Pick a mission

Each mission card shows what it is, how many steps it takes, and the outcome you end up with. Missions include:

  • Launch a lead magnet. Ends with a hosted lead magnet capturing emails, with a nurture sequence and launch content ready.
  • Launch an offer. Ends with a landing page, launch content across channels, and your CRM ready to take buyers.
  • Monthly recalibration. Ends with a reviewed month, an updated plan, and your team pointed at next month's priority.

Click Start mission to begin. You run one mission at a time.

Work the steps

The active mission shows every step in order, with the current one highlighted and a "Step 2 of 5" style counter at the top. Each step is labeled either your team does this or you do this:

  • On a team step, click Run this step and your Chief of Staff does the work itself, in your marketing system, your CRM, or wherever the step lives. The result appears right under the step.
  • On a step that needs you, click Walk me through it and you get an exact walkthrough for your situation, not generic advice.

Not relevant to you? Click Skip and move on. You can Abandon a mission at any point, and when every step is done, click Finish.

Why missions matter

A mission compresses something that would normally take a strategy session and a week of coordination into a sequence you can complete in sittings. You always know what the next move is, most of the moves happen for you, and you finish with a real business asset, not a plan sitting in a document.
