Define how your marketing system writes with a voice profile, reference docs, and notes.
Your style guide controls how your marketing system writes, so everything sounds consistently like you. Find it under Content → Style.
Three ways to shape your voice
The Style page gives you three complementary options:
- Style reference documents, choose existing documents from your content library for the system to match. This is the easiest way to capture a voice you already have.
- Voice profile, build a guided profile with tone descriptors and writing preferences when you want explicit control.
- Quick notes, add short writing instructions or do's and don'ts that the system should always follow.
How to set it up
- If you have writing you love, select it as a style reference.
- Fill in a voice profile to spell out tone and preferences.
- Add quick notes for anything specific (words to avoid, formatting rules).
You can use one option or combine all three. The system blends them when it drafts and humanizes content, so new articles, emails, and posts read in your voice.
