Tell Noli your facts, spellings and words to avoid

One list in Settings that every article, social post, email and guide Noli writes for you follows.

Tell Noli once what is true about you and how you write, and it gets it right everywhere. Find the list under Settings → Facts and words.

What goes on the list

The tab has five short lists. Add a row with the button under each one, remove a row with the X next to it, then press Save.

Facts about you and your business, true things Noli may say about you, such as how long you have been in business. The fact check treats them as confirmed, so a draft that states one is never held for it.
Services you offer, articles only say you offer what is on this list.
Your neighborhoods and areas, written exactly the way you write them. Articles won't add others.
Spellings, "instead of this, write that". Noli always writes it your way. If a name is officially spelled the other way (a school or a business, for example), add it under Keep as is in on that row and Noli leaves it exactly as written.
Words and phrases to avoid, words you never use. Noli leaves them out.

Rows that Noli filled in for you say where they came from, such as your feedback or your website. Change or remove any of them.

Every article draft and rewrite, social post, newsletter, email sequence and lead magnet guide follows the list, and so does your Chief of Staff in the marketing app's chat.
Your spellings are applied word for word, never inside a link or a web address.
If a word you avoid still slips into an article, Noli rewrites that sentence. If it can't, the article waits in review with the sentence shown, so you can fix it yourself or press Fix these for me. A sentence you write or change yourself counts as yours and is never held.
The fact check treats a claim that contradicts your facts, a service you don't list, or a neighborhood you don't list as wrong.
