Reply to the conversations your customers are having
Where the threads come from, how to use the drafted reply, and why Noli never posts for you.
Conversations where your questions are being asked on the AI Visibility page lists Reddit threads where people are asking the questions in your question set. These threads matter twice over: real people read them, and the answer engines read them too.
The card only appears when the weekly scan found threads.
Where the threads come from
The weekly scan takes your hiring and comparison questions and looks for public Reddit discussions of them, restricted to your city when you have one set. Each thread row shows the title, the subreddit when it is known, the score and comment count when they are available, and when it was posted.
Relevance comes from a search engine, not from a person, so some threads will be about a different place with the same name or a different business entirely. That is what Dismiss is for.
The drafted reply
Each thread with a draft has a Show draft link. The draft is written to be useful first: it answers the question the person actually asked, in plain language, and mentions you only where mentioning you is genuinely part of the answer. It is checked before it is stored for length, for links, for disclosing your affiliation, and for naming competitors.
Press Copy draft, read it, edit it so it sounds like you, and post it yourself from your own Reddit account.
Noli never posts for you
Nothing is ever posted on your behalf. There is no connected account doing it quietly in the background. The draft is a starting point and the posting is yours, which is also what the communities themselves expect.
When you have posted, press Mark posted so the thread stops appearing as outstanding. Press Dismiss on a thread that is not about you.
Good practice
- Disclose that you work in the field. Communities are far more tolerant of a useful answer from someone who says who they are than of an anonymous plug.
- Answer the question before you mention yourself. If the honest answer does not involve you, say the honest answer.
- Read the subreddit's rules on self-promotion before you post. They vary a lot, and a removed comment helps nobody.
- Take the ones where you can add something real and leave the rest.
Cost
Finding the threads costs about a cent per question, metered like every other vendor call and counted against your monthly AI Visibility budget. Writing the drafts uses your AI allowance.
