Your Chief of Staff as a real estate assistant

Ask property, value, and market questions from your phone and get answers grounded in real data.

On the Realtor plan, your Chief of Staff carries a property desk. From a showing, a listing appointment, or anywhere, you can ask it real estate questions and it answers with real data.

The desk is switched on by the "What kind of business are you?" answer you gave at setup, with a Realtor subscription as the fallback. If it is not answering property questions, check that answer in your Chief of Staff settings.

It needs property data configured on your workspace, and every lookup is metered against your workspace's property-data allowance.

Ask it things like:

  • "What is 4128 Maple Grove worth?" and it returns an estimate with comparable sales.
  • "Pull the public records on 88 Lighthouse Road." Beds, baths, square footage, last sale, and tax history.
  • "How is the market in 78704?" Median prices, days on market, and inventory.
  • "Help me prepare for the listing appointment at 214 Pelican Way." It can organize the questions and evidence to gather before you build the approved presentation.

Ask it to build something

The desk does not just answer, it produces. Ask it for an address and it generates, in about a minute, any of:

  • a listing presentation
  • a listing marketing package
  • a branded valuation report
  • an equity update
  • a buyer offer analysis

Finished work appears under Marketing, then Local, then Valuations.

The licensed, approval-bound presentation is a separate path. For that one, approve the property in Property Analysis, then choose Build seller presentation from the sealed revision.

It always notes that value estimates are automated and not appraisals. For city building codes, permits, and zoning, it searches the web and cites the source.

If you connect iMessage in your Chief of Staff settings, you can text all of this from your phone like a real employee. See the Connect iMessage guide.
