Customize your AI coach's personality
Choose a coaching style or write your own custom prompt so your project manager talks the way you like.
You can shape how your project manager's AI coach communicates: its tone, its energy, and how hard it pushes you. Set this once and it applies across your projects.
Choose a coaching style
In Settings → AI Coach Personality, pick the style that suits you:
- Encouraging & Supportive, Warm and positive. Celebrates wins and gently guides you through challenges.
- Direct & Efficient, Straight to the point. Actionable advice without extra fluff.
- Challenging & Growth-Oriented, Pushes you out of your comfort zone and asks tough questions.
- Custom, Define your own personality with a prompt.
Write a custom coach prompt
Select Custom to reveal a text box where you describe your ideal coach. Be as specific as you like: tone, humor, references, how blunt to be. For example: "Be concise and use humor, push me to think bigger, but always stay practical."
Save your changes
Click Save Changes at the bottom of Settings. Your coach uses the new personality going forward, including when it generates steps and chats with you.
