Show the pages hidden from your sidebar
A new Knowledge Base hides eight destinations to keep the sidebar short. Reveal them with Show all features, or pick exactly what you want in Settings.
If a guide points you at a page you cannot find in the sidebar, it is almost certainly not missing. A brand-new Knowledge Base faces around eighteen destinations, so eight of them start hidden and stay hidden until you ask for them.
What starts hidden
These eight are curated out of a new account's sidebar:
- Idea Vault
- Meeting Notes
- To-Do
- Pre-Mortem
- Competitor Intel
- Customer Voice
- Journaling
- Future Self Letters
Everything else, Dashboard, Documents, Upload, Learn, Quick Note, Chat and Voice Chat, is visible from day one. The hidden pages are only hidden from the sidebar. Their links still work, so a bookmark or a link from a guide opens them normally.
Reveal all of them in one click
- Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click Show all features.
That saves your choice for good, so every destination stays in the sidebar from then on. The button disappears once you have used it, because there is nothing left to reveal.
Or pick them one at a time
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the Navigation section.
- Tick the pages you want in the sidebar, untick the ones you do not.
- Click Save.
The same list also lets you hide pages you never use, including ones that are visible by default.
Rearrange the groups
Under Navigation, click Customize Layout to move any visible page between the Capture, Think, Research and Reflect groups, or out to Top Level so it sits on its own above the groups. Click Save when you are done.
Why it matters
The short sidebar is there so your first week is not a wall of features. Once you know what you actually use, the sidebar should match your work, not the default. Two clicks and it does.
