Simple and Advanced interface modes

Your CRM starts in Simple mode with about twenty destinations. Advanced opens the full system. Here is what each one shows and how to switch.

Your CRM is built on a large business platform, and showing all of it on day one helps nobody. So it starts in Simple mode, which is a curated sidebar of the screens a small business actually runs on. Advanced opens everything.

If you read about a screen in a guide and cannot find it in your sidebar, this is usually why.

Switch modes

  1. Click the settings cog to open Settings.
  2. In the Appearance section, find Interface Mode.
  3. Click Simple or Advanced.

The page saves your choice and reloads, and the sidebar changes straight away. The setting belongs to your workspace, so it is the same wherever you sign in.

What Simple mode shows

  • Dashboard and your AI assistant.
  • CRM: Contacts, Pipeline, Payments, Calendar, Automations, Customer Service, Reports.
  • Marketing: Landing Pages, Funnels, Email Marketing, Sequences, Courses, Events.
  • Tools: Chat Widgets, Affiliates, Reputation, Call Debrief, Surveys, Forms.

That is the whole product most people need, and it is what the CRM guides are written against.

What Advanced adds

Advanced shows every screen the platform ships with, including inventory, catalog, order and workflow tooling that a service business rarely touches. A short list of framework-only screens stays out of the sidebar in both modes, things like the cache inspector, record locks and the raw attachment browser, because they are infrastructure rather than features. Their links still resolve, so a bookmark keeps working.

A note on what is missing on purpose

Your unified inbox is not in the CRM sidebar. Email, texts and live chat all collect in the Command Center on your Noli dashboard instead, and the CRM keeps the sending engine and the customer service desk. See Where your inbox lives.

Why it matters

Switching to Advanced is not a commitment. If it feels like too much, switch back to Simple and nothing you created is affected. Only the sidebar changes.
