Share an AI Visibility report or export the answers

Turn on a read-only share link, see exactly what it shows, and download every answer as a CSV.

Two ways to get the report out of your dashboard: a read-only link anyone can open, and a CSV of every answer.

The share link

Share a read-only report on the AI Visibility page has a switch. Turn it on and a link appears, with a Copy button beside it.

The link is a long random token, not a guessable address, and it is not listed anywhere. The page it opens asks search engines not to index it.

Anyone with the link sees:

  • the score for the most recent weekly scan, and the score by week
  • the engine by engine table
  • who was named instead of you and which sources the answers were built from
  • your questions with their per-engine results

They do not see the answer text, your settings, your budget or what anything cost.

A daily check never headlines the shared report. The number on it is the weekly score, the same one on your dashboard.

Turn the switch off and the link stops working immediately. Turning it back on issues a fresh link, so an old one stays dead.

Turning the share link on and off is an owner or admin action, like the other decisions that put something on the public web.

The CSV export

Export CSV at the top of the page downloads every answer from the most recent scan, one row per answer:

batch_id, ran_at, engine, sample, status, geo_city, prompt, intent, brand_named, brand_cited, brand_position, sentiment, brands_named, citations, ghost_citations, answer.

The answer text is included, trimmed to four thousand characters. Excel, Sheets and Looker Studio all open the file directly.

Answer text is written by AI engines, so a cell that begins with an equals sign or a plus sign would otherwise become a live formula in a spreadsheet. The export neutralises those, which is why an occasional cell begins with an apostrophe.

What to do with them

The share link is for a client, a partner or a boss who wants the headline and the trend without a login. The CSV is for the week you want to read every answer yourself, or build your own chart, or hand the raw material to someone else.
