Your AI usage and allowance
How your monthly token pool works, what happens when you reach it, and how to keep your AI running.
Every plan includes a monthly pool of AI tokens that covers all of your usage across every product and your Chief of Staff. The pool is generous, so normal day-to-day work very rarely runs into it.
One shared pool
Your allowance is pooled at the workspace level, not split per person. Everyone on your team draws from the same monthly pool, and it covers every product: CRM, Marketing, Knowledge Base, Projects, and your Chief of Staff. Teams get a larger pool, and it grows as you add seats. See the pricing page for the amount included with each plan.
See where you stand
Your current usage shows in the dashboard, with a meter for tokens used this period. The pool resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Alerts before you run out
Noli emails the workspace owner when usage reaches 80 percent and again at 100 percent of the monthly pool, so there are no surprises.
What happens at the limit
If you reach the end of your pool:
- With your own AI keys added, Noli switches to your keys automatically and keeps working, with that usage billed by your provider. See Add your own AI keys.
- Without your own keys, AI features pause and prompt you, then resume at the start of the next cycle. Your data and everything else stay fully available.

If you regularly use your full pool, you have two options: add a token boost to increase your monthly pool, or add your own AI keys as a fall-through. See Manage seats and token boosts.
