Claiming your territory

Your Noli RE plan includes one claimed neighborhood. While you hold it, no other Noli agent can claim it. The area is yours alone on Noli.

Claim it in Marketing, under Settings, then Territory. Enter the neighborhood, city, and two-letter state, and choose Claim it. First agent in gets it, and that is enforced strictly, so two agents cannot claim the same area at the same moment.

Claiming a neighborhood also sets things up for you, once: the neighborhood's city becomes your service area (if you have none yet), AI Visibility switches on and adds three seller questions about the neighborhood itself, and your monthly market report is scheduled for the 1st. The report covers your neighborhood, with its city as context, and it waits for your approval; nothing is published or sent without your OK. Switching either off later sticks.

Account setup may have claimed your first neighborhood for you already. If the one you asked for was taken, setup told you and asked for a different one, so check Territory before claiming again.

Adding more neighborhoods

Your plan includes one neighborhood. Each additional one is $99 a month ($990 a year on annual billing). Add them on your plan page at app.noliai.com/plan with Update neighborhoods, then claim each one on the Territory page the same way. The Territory page shows how many you have claimed out of how many your plan allows.

If you release a neighborhood

If you release a claim, the neighborhood reopens to other agents after seven days. During those seven days only you can claim it back, so releasing one by mistake is recoverable.

Releasing is an explicit action. Letting a plan lapse is not the same thing, and it does not put the neighborhood back in the pool.
