Claiming your territory
Lock your farm neighborhood so it is exclusively yours on Noli.
Your Noli RE plan includes one claimed neighborhood. While you hold it, no other Noli agent can run neighborhood guides, market reports, or farming for it. The area is yours alone.
Claim it under Marketing, then Local, then Territory. Enter the neighborhood, city, and state, and choose Claim it. First agent in gets it, and that is enforced strictly, so two agents cannot claim the same area at the same moment.
Account setup may have claimed your first neighborhood for you already. If the one you asked for was taken, setup told you and asked for a different one, so check Territory before claiming again.
Adding more neighborhoods
Your plan includes one neighborhood. Each additional one is $99 a month, and you claim them the same way. Manage the quantity from your plan page in your account with Update neighborhoods.
If you release a neighborhood
If you release a claim, the neighborhood reopens to other agents after seven days. During those seven days only you can claim it back, so releasing one by mistake is recoverable.
Releasing is an explicit action. Letting a plan lapse is not the same thing, and it does not put the neighborhood back in the pool.
