Noli for real estate agents
Set up your professional identity, complete a Property Analysis, and build a seller presentation.
Noli RE adds a focused seller-advisory workflow to the Noli platform. At its center are two connected tools: Property Analysis and Listing Presentations.
These tools, and the Local suite in Marketing, appear only on the Realtor plan. If you cannot see them, check the plan on your account.
What is included
- Property Analysis. Build a documented market-value opinion from public records, comparable sales, adjustments, sources, and your own market judgment. Keep the calculated market value separate from the agent-owned listing strategy.
- Listing Presentations. Turn an approved analysis into a branded seller story with selected comparable evidence, an editable marketing plan, three visual themes, PDF output, and a revocable client link.
Those two are the licensed, approval-bound pair. Your Realtor plan also includes the Local suite under Marketing, which covers listing marketing packages, just-sold campaigns, buyer tour books, and Listing HQ. Those guides are in this section too.
What setup already did for you
If you set up your account through the dashboard, some of this is already done. Setup claims your farm neighborhood and seeds your first artifacts, so check Marketing, then Local, before you start from scratch. If the neighborhood you wanted was taken, setup tells you and asks for a different one.
Your first week
- Open Property Analysis from the dashboard.
- Save your professional identity: agent name, license, contact details, brokerage, colors, headshot, and logo. You can save several named identities and tick Use for new analyses on the one you want as your default.
- Look up the subject record and sold comparables, or enter evidence manually. Review every fact, source, comparable, and adjustment.
- Save and approve the completed analysis, then export the client report.
- Open Listing Presentations, choose Build presentation, refine the seller story and marketing plan, and publish only when the checklist is complete.
Each tool has its own guide in this section.
