Claiming your territory

Your Noli Realtor plan includes one claimed neighborhood. While you hold it, no other Noli agent can run neighborhood guides, market reports, or farming for it. The area is yours alone.

Claim it under Marketing, then Local, then Territory. Enter the neighborhood, city, and state, and choose Claim it. First agent in gets it.

Adding more neighborhoods

You can claim more than one. Additional neighborhoods are added to your plan for a small monthly amount each, and you claim them the same way. Manage the quantity from your plan page in your account.

If you release a neighborhood

If you release a claim, the neighborhood reopens to other agents after a short grace period, during which you can re-claim it if you change your mind.
