Listing presentations and tools

Win the listing with themed presentations, then run the whole listing from one place.

From Marketing, then Local, then Valuations, choose a purpose other than a plain valuation to create any of your listing artifacts from a single address.

Listing presentations

A listing presentation is the document you bring to the kitchen table. It comes in three designs you can switch between with one click:

  • Classic, a clean consulting-style document.
  • Luxe, dark with gold accents for luxury listings.
  • Modern, editorial and confident.

You can add photos, and the first becomes the hero image with the rest as a gallery. Switch designs any time. Nothing regenerates, it just re-dresses.

Listing HQ

Every listing has a Listing HQ page that pulls everything for that address into one place: its artifacts, the social launch and each post's status, the open-house sign-in link and QR code with a count of hot guests, and the weekly seller updates. Open it from the Listing HQ button on any presentation or package.

Marketing packages and the launch

A listing marketing package gives you ready-to-use copy for the launch. Choose Schedule the launch and the posts go out across your connected accounts on a sensible cadence, today, day three, and day seven.

Just-sold campaigns

The moment a deal closes, create a just-sold campaign from the sold address. You get social posts, a neighbor email, and postcard copy, all pointing back at your home-value page. If you have sphere contacts in that zip, it tells you how many to send the email to.

Buyer tour books

Heading out for a day of showings? Create a buyer tour book with two to eight addresses. Your buyer gets a branded booklet with each stop's details, what to notice, questions to ask the listing agent, and space for notes.
