Your Chief of Staff as a real estate assistant
Ask property, value, and market questions from your phone and get answers grounded in real data.
On the Realtor plan, your Chief of Staff carries a property desk. From a showing, a listing appointment, or anywhere, you can ask it real estate questions and it answers with real data.
Ask it things like:
- "What is 4128 Maple Grove worth?" and it returns an estimate with comparable sales.
- "Pull the public records on 88 Lighthouse Road." Beds, baths, square footage, last sale, and tax history.
- "How is the market in 78704?" Median prices, days on market, and inventory.
- "Build me a listing presentation for 214 Pelican Way, seller is the Meyer family, Luxe design." It starts the report and gives you the link.
It always notes that value estimates are automated and not appraisals. For city building codes, permits, and zoning, it searches the web and cites the source.
If you connect iMessage in your Chief of Staff settings, you can text all of this from your phone like a real employee. See the Connect iMessage guide.
